These Terms of Service govern your SyrupMS website account, dashboard access, billing, subscriptions, and platform usage. The downloadable software is governed separately by the End User License Agreement.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SyrupMS website, account registration, dashboard, communications, support channels, subscriptions, billing features, and other hosted platform services. They do not replace the separate software-license terms in the EULA.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, safeguarding your credentials, and limiting access to authorized users only. You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Paid platform features require an active subscription. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Pricing, renewals, billing retries, refund handling, and cancellation timing are governed by these Terms together with the Refund Policy.

4. Platform Rules

  • Do not provide false account, payment, or identity information.
  • Do not misuse the website, dashboard, APIs, support tools, or billing flows.
  • Do not interfere with service availability, abuse rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for non-payment, abuse prevention, fraud response, security protection, policy enforcement, or legal compliance. Suspension of the service platform may also affect access to client downloads and related support tools.

6. Policies That Work Together

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and the End User License Agreement. The EULA specifically controls downloadable software and client-license behavior.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the website, dashboard, or billing platform after an update may require renewed acceptance before additional account or subscription actions are available.
