End User License Agreement

1. Agreement Scope

This EULA governs your access to and use of the SyrupMS client software, downloadable builds, client sessions, updates, technical controls, and license-restricted features. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the software.

2. Related Policies

The software license works together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Refund & Cancellations Policy. The Terms of Service govern the platform and billing; this EULA governs the software license and client restrictions.

3. License Grant

SyrupMS is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the software for your authorized internal use only.

4. Restrictions

• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, lease, rent, or transfer the software or related access credentials.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, bypass, or probe licensing controls, telemetry, anti-tamper safeguards, or technical restrictions.
• You may not use the software in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the rules that govern your usage environment.
• You may not use the software in a reckless way that creates avoidable security, enforcement, or operational risk.

5. Sessions, Devices, and License Behavior

Software access may be limited by account status, active subscription state, session validity, license count, device/session binding, or other security controls. We may rotate, revoke, invalidate, or deny sessions where required for fraud prevention, anti-sharing enforcement, abuse mitigation, or platform security.

6. Safe Use Obligations

• You are responsible for confirming that every system, account, and workflow used with the software is one you are authorized to control.
• You must follow the setup guidance, monitoring expectations, safe-use rules, and warnings presented in the dashboard and documentation.
• You must stop using the software if you are uncertain whether a workflow is safe or compliant.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, tokens, downloaded files, and local environment.

7. Updates and Service Changes

Downloads may be versioned, replaced, withdrawn, or gated behind a new EULA version at any time. We may issue patches, updates, and configuration changes that modify how the software behaves. Continued use after such changes may require renewed acceptance.

8. Third-Party Services

The software may interact with third-party providers and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions, and you remain responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your usage environment.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the software, dashboard, downloads, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property remain with SyrupMS and its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or compatibility with your environment. Liability limitations that apply to the service platform also apply to claims arising from software use to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA or if access is suspended or terminated for security, billing, or policy reasons. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies in your possession or control.
